Refund Policy for Academic Session 2024-25 Admission

We understand that circumstances may arise, leading to changes in your decision to enroll in our coaching program. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Full Refund within 7 Days of Session Start:

• If you choose to withdraw from the program within the first 7 days of your Session Start, you will be eligible for a full refund of the Total Paid Amount.(Excluding GST)

2. 90% Refund from 7 to 15 Days:

• For withdrawals occurring between the 7^th to 15^th days from the date of Session Start, a refund of 90% of the Total Paid Amount will be processed.(Excluding GST)

3. 75% Refund from 15 to 30 Days:

• Withdrawals made between the 15^th to 30^th days from the date of Session Start will be eligible for an 75% refund of the Total Paid Amount. (Excluding GST)

4. 60% Refund from 30 to 45 Days:

• If you choose to withdraw from the program between the 30^th to 45^th days from the date of Session Start, a 60% refund of the Total Paid Amount will be granted. (Excluding GST)

5. No Refund After 45 Days:

• After the initial 45 days from the date of Session Start, no refunds will be issued for withdrawals.

Refund Procedure:

• To initiate the refund process, please submit a written request stating the reason for withdrawal.
• The refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal request.
• Refunds will be issued in the same mode as the payment made during the admission process.
